The Brandon fair Law of Strata suggested rotation for active executive strata participation:
P = President VP = Vice President S = Secretary – House numbers are beside P, VP & S.
5 = New Strata Member moves into the executive
The VP is always the new one to come into the executive strata. The VP moves to the secretary position before their last year on strata as President. After that there is a 3 year break before standing in again starting as VP.

This Format would need to start from scratch again due to many new owners moving into Sycamore Court in past years. But the system is set up and could be at any time should the general strata wish for it.
Sales of the Town Houses throw a wrench into the system, making things go upside down for a year. But as you can read it comes together again and continues in giving everyone a turn on the executive board in all available positions.
In 2006/2007 House # 2 stepped in to fill in the commitments of House Number 3 which was sitting empty waiting for the sale to go through.
As much as the Brandon Law is a just way to conduct the executive positions, circumstances can and will interfere with the election process, and therefore the above rotation can only be seen as a non bias worksheet for direction for the elections at the AGM.
